Continuum of Care

The Chicago Continuum of Care (CoC) is a membership organization whose mission is to prevent and end homelessness in our city. We achieve this by fostering shared responsibility, collaborative planning, and aligning the stakeholders and resources essential to implementing the strategic priorities of Plan 2.0, Chicago’s plan to prevent and end homelessness.

CoC Membership
The CoC’s goals are achieved through the implementation of programs by a dedicated group of stakeholders. The CoC is made stronger through the participation of broad and diverse members. A CoC member is any individual or organization with an interest in understanding and addressing the issues related to homelessness, and a desire to participate in some way in a coordinated plan to prevent and end homelessness.

Sliding scale dues based on membership type and organizational size were implemented in April 2016, but any person or organization undergoing financial hardship may request a full or partial waiver. If you have questions about membership dues, please contact the chair of the CoC Finance Committee, Bobbi Ball.
