Continuum of Care

What is the Chicago Continuum of Care?

The Chicago Continuum of Care (CoC) is a membership organization comprised of more than 100 organizations and individuals who drive Chicago’s citywide response to homelessnessMandated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the CoC coordinates a year-round research, evaluation, strategic planning, and federal funding application process. 

In 2016, the CoC secured $65 million in federal funding for 164 projects and convened nearly 20 stakeholder committees to advance the CoC’s mission to prevent and end homelessness.

What is All Chicago's Role?

For the past ten years, All Chicago has been elected by the CoC to provide ongoing support with an independent staff dedicated to the CoC’s collaborative planning and alignments efforts.
